I made this Hugger inside a standard platic hugger, there were quite a few imperfections, but after removal from the plastic huuger it was sanded down with 80 grit production paper and painted with a coat of surf epoxy.

I need to make and glue in the brackets to mount it to the swinging arm and it is complete.

I have been asked how much fabric goes into one of these?

Well I made it with 5 layers of 200 gm carbon which probably accounts for almost two linear metres, obviously there are considerable offcuts which are always used for something else.

I will work it out more accuratly....
